Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the SOC 2 information security audit provides a report on the examination of controls relevant to the trust services criteria categories covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. To complete the rigorous process, Mantra Health undertakes rigorous audits of policies, procedures, and infrastructure across areas like risk management, monitoring, data encryption, and access controls.

In addition to completing SOC 2, Mantra Health continues to work with a third-party compliance platform to ensure that it not only adheres to best practices with regard to regulatory standards like the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but also holds itself to the strictest optional standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
