While implementing full DBT programs in colleges can be costly and challenging, there are ways to make DBT skills accessible to more students.
In this interactive webinar, Dr. Carla Chugani, Ph.D., LPC, Vice President of Clinical Programs at Mantra Health, will discuss the application of DBT for college students and then open the floor for an engaging Q&A session with attendees.

Focusing on the four core modules of DBT:

- Distress Tolerance
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
Dr. Chugani will discuss how these essential life skills support students in their academic endeavors, relationships, day-to-day activities, and the challenging transition to adulthood.
