If you or someone you know are in crisis, the following resources can provide you with immediate help.

Emergency Resources

Call 911 immediately when someone has taken action to kill themselves (such as an overdose of pills) or is actively threatening the life of someone else.

  • Call 988 (Available 24/7) or text HOME to 741741 for immediate support when someone may be in an urgent mental health crisis and needs help now.
  • Call your prescriber and/or follow their emergency protocol if you are having a problem with your prescribed psychiatric medication. If you are unable to reach them or time is of the essence, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
