You're in Good Company
Depression and anxiety is more common than you'd think, especially in young adults.
Supporting you through the highs and lows of college life
Life has never been this stressful. Between social media, increased competition, the pressure to succeed, and everything else that’s going on, it is no surprise that levels of anxiety and depression have doubled in the last decade (1).
Today’s college students’ needs go beyond “having access” to a provider. It’s about having it on the go and when you need it most, with a provider that can work with you holistically.
